摘  要:
【目的】为利用寄生曲霉SF-2控制甘蔗绵蚜提供理论依据。【方法】采用孢子悬浮液喷雾法测定了寄生曲霉SF-2对甘蔗绵蚜的感染作用,并利用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法对其生物学特性进行了初步研究。【结果】寄生曲霉SF-2可感染6种同翅目害虫,且对甘蔗绵蚜、吹绵蚧和矢间蚧具有良好的感染作用,喷雾孢子悬浮液7 d后校正感染率分别达98.33%、98.25%和96.67%。寄生曲霉SF-2生长最适温度为32℃左右、pH为4,在周期性光暗交替中生长良好;且其孢子最适萌发温度为32℃左右,紫外照射能显著影响孢子萌发。【结论】寄生曲霉在防控农作物害虫上潜力较大。

摘  要:
[Purpose]Our aim was to provide the oretical basis for control of sugarcane aphid by using Aspergillus sp. SF-2. [Methods]The infection ratio of Aspergillus sp. SF-2 to Ceratovacuna lanigera( Zehntner) was tested by spore suspension spray method and its biological characteristics were preliminary studied by mycelium growth rate method and spore germination method. [Results]Aspergillus sp. SF-2 had infection effects on six kinds of homopteran pests,the infection effects were better on C. lanigera,Icerya purchasi Maskell and Unaspis yanonensis( Kuwana),the adjusted infection rate were 98. 33%,98. 25% and 96. 67% spraying spore suspension 7 days after,respectively. At 32 ℃,pH 4. 0 and light dark alternation,the mycelial growth of Aspergillus sp. SF-2 was the fastest. The besttemperature of germination was about 32 ℃,and UV irradiation could significantly affect the germination of spores. [Conclusion] Aspergillus sp. has great potential in control of crop pests.
