摘 要：
In this paper, the biological effect, physiological functions and pharmaceutical value of humic substances, zinc and selenium were all discussed, respectively. The research plan, potential meaning and prospect of synthesizing complex of zinc and selenium with humic substances were also put forward. At last, the research problem in the future was pointed out.
