夏季崇明扣蟹生态养殖中空心莲子草的日变化研究

摘  要:
对夏季崇明水草-水稻-扣蟹养殖水体环境的温度、溶解氧、pH和主要栽培水草空心莲子草的叶绿素、蛋白质、淀粉含量的日变化进行了测定。结果表明:空心莲子草的叶绿素a、b及类胡萝卜素含量的日变化一致,含量最低值在5:00,最高值在9:00,且三者含量的日变化具节律性的动态循环;蛋白质在19:00至翌日1:00降温阶段有新的合成;淀粉含量变化规律为:在白天经过合成积累,随后一直下降至翌日5:00,这是由于水草此时间段内呼吸作用的能量耗损;水体温度在5:00最低,此后随日出温度持续升高,至17:00水体温度达到最大值,随后温度一直降低至翌日5:00;水体中的溶解氧与温度变化趋势基本相似,但溶氧最低值出现在7:00;水体pH的昼变化趋势与温度变化趋势一致。

摘  要:
The aquatic plant-rice-juvenile crab culturing ecosystem on Chongming Island in summer was investigated in terms of the aquaculture environment's temperature,dissolved oxygen and pH and the mainly-planted Alternanthera philoxeroides' chlorophyll,protein and starch.The results indicated that the diurnal variations of chlorophyll a/b and carotenoid contents of A.philoxeroides were the same and a rhythmic dynamic loop,and the minimum and maximum occurred respectively at 5:00 and9:00;The synthesis of new proteins occurred in the temperature-fall period from 19:00 to the next day1:00;The soluble starch content reached its maximum at 17:00 through synthesis and accumulation during daytime,and then declined because of respiration until the next 5:00;The water temperature was minimum at 5:00,then increased and reached its maximum at 17:00,and after that it gradually decreased until the next 5:00;The variation of the dissolved oxygen of water was basically similar to the water temperature variation though the minimum dissolved oxygen value appeared at 7:00;The water pH value during daytime varied the same as the water temperature did.
