新时期高校年轻干部教育培训调查分析研究

摘  要:
加强对高校年轻干部的教育培训,是提高高校干部素质和水平的重要手段。通过对河北省高校年轻干部的培训需求进行问卷调查与分析,发现高校年轻干部普遍具有较强的个人发展需求,多数希望用最新的时政理论武装自己,渴望外出学习的机会和更加灵活的培训方式,但培训中存在较大的工学矛盾,导致个别干部消极应付。为此,应建立健全组织架构,注重按需施教,推进培训内容、方式和师资的精准化,创新多种培训方式,共同解决工学矛盾。

摘  要:
Strengthening young cadre training is one of the important means to improve the quality and level of cadres in colleges and universities. The survey of training needs for young cadres of colleges and universities in Hebei Province shows that young cadres generally have strong demands for personal development. Most of them want to learn the latest political theories, and they are eager for off-the-job training and accept flexible training methods. However, there is a strong conflict between job obligation and continued education. Therefore, this paper suggests to establish a sound organizational structure, pay attention their demands, promote the accuracy of training content, methods and teachers, and innovate training methods to solve the contradiction of continuing education.
