狐化脓性子宫内膜炎菌苗株的选育及免疫试验

摘  要:
通过血清分型证实 ,狐化脓性子宫内膜炎主要由 、 型绿脓杆菌所引起。对分离菌株进行毒力和免疫原性测定 ,筛选出了免疫原性良好的型代表株 P960 1和 P970 3。用选育菌株研制的双价灭活疫苗进行免疫试验 ,结果小鼠能抵抗该 2株强毒菌混合物 1 0个 MLD的攻击 ,保护率达 1 0 0 %;田间试验证实 ,该双价菌苗能有效控制狐化脓性子宫内膜炎的发生。此外 ,对选育菌株生化特性及对抗生素的敏感性进行了测定

摘  要:
The fox purulent uterine mucositis was shown to be caused principally by Ⅲ and Ⅵ type of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. According to the measurement of toxicity and immunogenicity, the representative strains of P9601 and P9703 were selected with good immunogenicity. The two strains were applied to make inactivated vaccine and the immunological test was conducted in mice. The result showed that the mice tested could resist against the challenge of the lethal dose(10 MLD) of the two virulent strains with the protective rate of 100%; The field test showed that the bivalent vaccine could effectively control fox purulent uterine mucositis. The biochemical characters and sensitivities to antibiotics of the two strains were also described.
