摘  要：
仔猪出生后的生长发育较快,代谢旺盛,为了减轻断奶时的应激症状,补充教槽料可以增强仔猪消化器官的发育,提高免疫力。教槽料中能量、蛋白质和氨基酸等营养成分含量较高,在储存过程中一些营养物质易发生氧化等不良变化。文章结合仔猪生理特点及教槽料营养特点,探讨了真空包装技术在仔猪教槽料中的应用前景。

摘  要：
The growth and development of piglets is rapid after birth and metabolism is strong. To reduce thestress at weaning, supplementing the creep feed can enhance the development of the digestive organs of the pigletsand improve the immunity. The content of nutrients such as energy, protein and amino acid in the creep feed is high,and some nutrients are prone to oxidation and other undesirable changes during storage. In this paper, the applica-tion prospects of vacuum packaging technology in piglet feeding materials were discussed based on the physiologicalcharacteristics of piglets and the nutritional characteristics of the feeding materials.
