喷杆式喷雾机关键部件设计与研究

摘  要:
随着保护性耕作技术的推广,大型喷杆式喷雾机的需求逐渐增加,为克服目前国内普遍使用的喷杆式喷雾机喷幅小、喷杆架升降连续性差、喷杆平衡机构复杂等突出问题,对3WF-1000型喷杆式喷雾机的关键部件进行了设计,通过对升降、喷杆架平衡等机构进行了理论分析和机构设计,使之具有升降机构工作更加连续稳定、平衡调节简单有效等优点。同时,进行了不同压力对分布均匀性影响的试验,结果表明,在喷雾机标准工作压力0.4MPa、喷雾高度500mm时,沿喷杆方向的多喷头雾量叠加均匀性变异系数为3.5%,喷雾均匀性较好。该研究为后续喷杆式喷雾机的研究提供了一定的参考。

摘  要:
With technology spread of protective cultivation,demand for large modern boom sprayer has gradually increased. In order to overcome the commonly problems of domestic boom sprayer such as small type of working span,poor continuous action of boom lift,the complex mechanism of boom balance and so on. We design the key components of the3WF- 1000- type spray sprayer,aiming at the lifting mechanism,the boom frame balance mechanism,and other institutions the theoretical analysis and institutional design,so that its lifting mechanism is continuous and stable,suspension balance adjustment is high efficiency,which can effectively improve the pesticide utilization and insect pest control effect,to complete accurate and efficient spray job. At the same time we did the test of the different pressure's impact on the uniform distribution,the test showed that the working pressure 0. 4MPa in standard sprayer,spray height 500 mm,along the direction of multi- nozzle boom fog the amount of superimposed uniformity coefficient of variation is 3. 5%,reaching a good uniformity. The article provides the theoretical basis and technical reference for boom sprayer 's research.
