玉米根茬挖掘弹齿的有限元分析

摘  要:
玉米根茬收获机关键部件挖掘弹齿在挖茬过程中,受土壤阻力后有一定的应力和变形,传统设计方法计算挖掘弹齿的应力变化非常复杂,并且计算结果不够精确。为此,采用ANSYS11.0有限元软件对挖掘弹齿静强度进行了有限元分析,给出了挖掘弹齿作业时的应力和应变分布图,为玉米根茬收获机挖掘弹齿的设计和开发提供了参考依据。

摘  要:
The excavating spring tooth is the key component of corn stubble harvester.It produces stress and strain due to the soil resistance in the process of digging.The traditional calculation method of the excavating spring tooth strain is very complex and the results aren't precise enough.In this paper,the static strength of excavating spring tooth was analyzed by using ANSYS11.0 finite element software.The stress and strain distributions were given in the digging condition.These researches could provide reference for further design and development of the excavating spring tooth of corn stubble harvester.
