本文阐述政和县林权登记发证中所遇到的问题,提出林权登记动态管理方法,促使林权权利人在林业部门办理相关业务时能够主动办理林权证变更、注销登记,切实解决林权登记中所存在的问题,为进一步完善林权动态管理提供借鉴。

摘 要：
In this paper, Zhenghe County encountered problems in the forest ownership registration certification, the author proposes dynamic management methods for forest right registration, urges the forest right holder to comply with formalities such as cancellation of registration, change of forest right certification initiative in the forestry sectors, thus to solve the existing problems in the forest ownership registration so as to provide references for further improvement the forest right dynamic management.
