摘  要：
Since the the construction of livestock & poultry identification and disease traceability system started in 2007 at Qinzhou City, this system has made great contribution to animal disease control. Currently,facing the abruptness and complexity of the task, during the construction, somewhat problems existed such as more improvements in system and management, stronger execute force etc. Based on the case of Qinzhou, the author has elaborated the problems and put forward several relevant countermeasures so as to provide references for the same trade.
