三类观赏百合试管苗叶片结构和水分特性的初步研究

摘  要：
对观赏百合试管苗叶片结构及水分特性进行观察研究结果表明:观赏百合试管苗叶片为等面叶,上、下表皮单层,叶内栅栏组织和海绵组织分化不明显。东方百合在叶片厚,中脉厚、叶肉组织厚度上均最大,铁炮百合次之、亚洲百合最小,观赏百合试管苗的气孔都分布于下表皮,其保卫细胞呈哑铃形,以铁炮百合的气孔开度最大,亚洲百合最小;三类百合的叶片含水量都较高,以亚洲百合的水势以及含水量最高,东方百合次之,铁炮百合最小。

摘  要：
The leaf structure and moisture of three kinds of ornamental lily of tube seedlings were studied in this paper.The results showed that the leaf of all lily was such as leaf surface,the differentiation of upper and lower epidermis monolayer,palisade and spongy tissues were not obvious.The thickness of arteries and mesophyll organization of oriental lily was biggest among three kinds of ornamental lily,and that of the Asian lily was most small than other two kinds of ornamental lily.The stomata of leaf of ornamental lily were located at under epidermis,its guard cells presents like dumbbell-shaped.The stomata opening of longifloruml lily was the biggest and that of Asian lily was the smallest.The water content of three kinds of ornamental lily was high,the water potential and water content of Asian lily were the highest and that of longiforuml lily was the smallest.
