儋州市普通野生稻原生境保护与繁育现状

普通野生稻(Oryza rufipogon Griff.)具有复杂的遗传背景和丰富的遗传多样性,是栽培稻(Oryza sativa L.)育种的重要基因库。海南省儋州市是中国拥有最原始野生稻分布及需重点保护的地区之一。通过对儋州市普通野生稻资源及原生境保护现状进行调查,对野生稻资源适宜环境、花粉性状和繁衍特性进行研究。结果表明:儋州市的相对湿度、年降雨量、活动积温、日照时数等指标均有利于普通野生稻的开花及授粉、繁衍生长;普通野生稻花粉活性、花粉量、可育性与栽培稻有一定差异,传粉距离、自交结实性低于栽培稻,居群整体发芽率较低,大多依靠根茎分蘖繁殖,少部分利用种子繁殖,居群的成苗率高于死亡率。因此,建议使普通野生稻的生长环境接近原始生态环境,设立保护区,建立防护网,并通过繁育扩种等途径保护普通野生稻,以期为普通野生稻相关保护工作提供参考。

摘  要:
Common wild rice(Oryza rufipogon Griff.) has a complex genetic background and rich genetic diversity. It is an important gene pool for the breeding of cultivated rice(Oryza sativa L.). Cultivated rice is usually planted out of the population, which greatly affects the genetic independence and in situ conservation of the common wild rice O. rufipogon Griff.. Rice resources are urgently needed. Danzhou City is one of the regions with most genotypes of primitive wild rice in China, and it is also a region with a large population of common wild rice in Hainan Province. It is of great significance to make an in situ conservation of the common wild rice O. rufipogon Griff. for agricultural research and the development of national seed industry in China. In this context a survey was made of the common wild rice resources and their original habitats in Danzhou, and the suitable environmental conditions, pollen characteristics and reproductive characteristics of the common wild rice resources were observed. The results showed that the relative humidity, annual rainfall, active accumulated temperature and sunshine hours in Danzhou were conducive to flowering and pollination of the common wild rice. However, in recent years the temperature in Danzhou has increased by 0.34 °C every 10 years, which is gradually higher than the suitable temperature for the growth of the common wild rice and may have a negative impact on in situ conservation of wild rice germplasm resources. The common wild rice was lower in pollen activity, pollen amount, fertility and pollination distance than the cultivated rice, and was mainly propagated through rhizome tillering but seldom through seeds. The survival rate of population seedlings of the common wild rice was higher than the mortality rate in general, and the population of the common wild rice showed a trend of slow growth under natural conditions. Therefore, it is suggested to establish in situ conservation areas and protective nets in a view to maintaining the genetic independence of the common wild rice O. rufipogon Griff..
