硫酸安普霉素对嗜水气单胞菌体外抑菌和体内抗感染研究

摘  要:
研究了硫酸安普霉素(apramycin sulphate)对嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila,A.h)的体外抑菌效果及饲料中添加硫酸安普霉素对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)体内抗A.h感染能力的影响。结果显示:硫酸安普霉素MIC、MBC和MBC/MIC分别为0.5μg/mL、1.0μg/mL和2;硫酸安普霉素在A.h调整期具有明显的抑菌效果,属于静止期杀菌药物,具有较长的抗菌后效应(PAE),呈明显的浓度依赖性;经过10代继代培养,其耐药性获得速率为2倍。A.h浸泡感染96 h后,对照组累积死亡率为86.7%,添加组为44.3%~66.7%,相对保护率为23.1%~50.1%。结果表明,硫酸安普霉素对A.h具有良好的体外抑菌效果,不易产生耐药性;在饲料中添加硫酸安普霉素,可以提高凡纳滨对虾抗A.h感染能力,添加量为240 mg/kg饲料时作用最显著。

摘  要:
This study was conducted to investigate the inhibition of apramycin sulphate on Aeromonas hydrophila in vitro and the effect of dietary apramycin sulphate on resistance of Litopenaeus vannamei against A.hydrophia in vivo.The results showed that MIC,MBC and MBC/MIC were 0.5 μg/mL,1.0 μg/mL and 2,respectively.Apramycin sulphate obviously inhibited the growth of A.hydrophia at lag phase.It was concentration-dependent according to the killing curve and PAE.The maximum drug action of apramycin sulphase appeared at the stationary phase,and the PAE of apramycin sulphate was conspicuous in vitro.The rate of drug resistance obtained in A.hydrophila against apramycin sulphate doubled in the 10 days' subculture.After 96 hours' infection of A.hydrophila,accumulative mortality rate(AMR) in control group was 86.7%,and that in the groups with apramycin sulphate was from 43.3% to 66.7%.The relative percentage survival(RPS) in these groups was from 23.1% to 50.1%.In conclusion,apramycin sulphate was effective on anti-A.hydrophila in vitro,and could improve the resistance of L.vannamei against A.hydrophila in vivo.
