对氨基苯甲酸烷基酯的简易合成

摘  要：
报道了对氨基苯甲酸烷基酯的简易合成方法.以二氯亚砜为催化剂,通过投料比、反应温度、pH值等的实验探索,得到了对氨基苯甲酸烷基酯合成的最佳条件;采用此优化条件,对氨基苯甲酸甲酯(乙酯、丙酯和丁酯)的收率分别达到95.7%,95.6%,91.9%,91.5%.合成方法简便,成本低廉,具有较高的商业应用价值.

摘  要：
The facile synthesis of alkyl esters of p-aminobenzoic acid was reported in this paper.The optimum conditions for alkyl p-aminobenzoate synthesis were successfully established through experimental exploration,including molar ratio of p-aminobenzoic acid to thionyl chloride,reaction temperature,pH,and others.Under the optimum conditions,the yields of methyl,ethyl,propyl and butyl esters of p-aminobenzoic acid were as high as 95.7 %,95.6 %,91.9 % and 91.5 %,respectively.This procedure is simple and cost-efficient.
