高等农业院校“精准化”资助育人机制研究——以青岛农业大学为例

摘  要：
贫困生是高校尤其是农业院校的一个特殊群体,当前国家加大了对贫困生的资助力度,但是在资助的精准度和育人机制方面还存在不足之处。文章解读了精准化资助的时代诉求和内在逻辑,分析了高等农业院校贫困生的类型和心理特点,指出当前工作中存在的现实困境,提出构建"精准化"资助育人机制的路径。

摘  要：
Poor students are a special group of colleges and universities,especially agricultural colleges and universities.At present,the state has increased the funding for poor students,but there are still shortcomings in the precision of funding and education mechanism.This paper interprets the era appeal and internal logic of precision funding,analyzes the types and psychological characteristics of poor students in higher agricultural institutions,points out the current difficulties in the current work,and puts forward the way to construct the mechanism of "precision" funding and education.
