羽毛肽粉对日本鳗鲕饲料氨基酸平衡的影响

摘要：

试验分析饲用羽毛肽粉添加对日本鳗鲡饲料氨基酸营养平衡的影响,并与全鱼粉组鳗鲡饲料进行比较,从氨基酸平衡角度研究鳗鲡饲料饲用羽毛肽粉的适宜添加量,取日本鳗鲡肌肉组织,分析氨基酸组成,并作为参考模式,评价饲用羽毛肽粉添加量对13本鳗鲡饲料氨基酸营养平衡的影响.试验结果表明,除4#料外,其它组饲料氨基酸营养均符合SC/T1004--2010鳗鲡配合饲料要求,但根据氨基酸平衡理论,4组饲料氨基酸组成并未与日本鳗鲡肌肉达到平衡,,添加饲用羽毛肽粉后饲料的主要限制性氨基酸为:Lys、His、Met+Cys,其中Lys、His在全鱼粉组中已出现不足现象,在添加饲用羽毛肽粉后,短缺继续增大;Met+Cys在添加适量饲用羽毛肽粉后,平衡性得到一定改善.因此,含丰富风味氨基酸的饲用羽毛肽粉在日本鳗鲡饲料中有一定的应用潜力.

摘要：

To find optimum addition of feather peptide powder for Anguilla japonica feed, the amino acid composition of 4 groups of feed were analysed. The amino acid composition of mus- cle for Anguilla japonica was analysed. Furthermore, it was used as reference mode for feed with different formula. Unless the 4th group of feed, the amino acid content of 3 others were ac- cording to the SC/T 104-2010 eel feed requirement. But the balance of amino acids in 4 groups were not an ideal one while compared with Anguilla japonica muscle. The first restrict amino ac- id in feed with feather peptide meal was Lys, followed by His, Met+Cys. And for Met+Cys, fealh- er peptide powder is complemented for fish meal. But it is hard to reach Lys and His require- ment for Anguilla japonica while only using fish meal and feather peptide powder as protein re- sources. With high content of flavor amino acid, an optimum addition of feather peptidc powder couhl be used as protein resources for Anguilla japonica.
