气相色谱法测定土壤中腈苯唑残留及其代谢产物

摘  要:
建立了土壤中腈苯唑(RH7592)残留及其代谢产物RH99129和RH99130的气相色谱测定法。以丙酮为提取剂,超声波提取,二氯甲烷萃取,气相色谱仪NPD检测器测定腈苯唑残留及其代谢产物含量。结果表明:腈苯唑回收率80.4%~96.4%,变异系数2.41%~5.56%;RH99129回收率80.7%~105.1%,变异系数1.63%~6.87%;RH99130回收率80.6%~95.1%,变异系数1.73%~7.83%。

摘  要:
A method to determine the residue and the metabolize production(RH 99129 and RH 99130) of fenbuconazole(RH 7592) in soil by gas chromatography(GC) was established.After ultrasonic extracted by acetone and extracted by dichloromethane,the residue of RH 7592 and the content of RH 99129 and RH 99130 was determined by GC with NPD detector.The result was showed that the recovery of RH 7592,RH 99129 and RH 99130 were from 80.4 to 96.4%,from 80.7 to 105.1% and from 80.6 to 95.1%,respectively.The coefficient of variation of them were from 2.41 to 5.56%,1.63 to 6.87% and 1.73 to 7.83%,respectively.
