华贵栉孔扇贝两种壳色群体生长和消化酶活力比较

摘  要:
以华贵栉孔扇贝桔黄和紫褐壳色个体为亲本建立两个壳色群体,从壳长、壳高、壳宽和体重几方面进行生长比较,并对两个群体做了淀粉酶和纤维素酶活力比较。结果表明:桔黄壳色群体的平均壳长、平均壳高、平均壳宽和平均体重显著大于紫褐壳色群体(P<0.05)。在24℃、27℃、30℃和33℃条件下,桔黄壳色群体的淀粉酶和纤维素酶活力显著高于紫褐壳色群体(P<0.05);不同壳色群体生长与其淀粉酶和纤维素酶活力有关。

摘  要:
In March of 2006,orange and brown shell color stocks of Huagui scallop Chlamys nobilis were established by separately selecting orange and brown shell color individuals as breeders.In October of 2006,individuals were randomly sampled from the two shell color stocks and used to compare their growth based on the measurements of shell length,shell height,shell width and total weight.Differences in amylase and cellulase activities of two shell color stocks at 24 oC,27 oC,30 oC and 33 oC were also determined.It was found that the mean values of shell length,shell height,shell width and total weight of orange shell color stock was significantly larger than those of brown shell color stock(P < 0.05).Both stock and temperature had significant effects on amylase and cellulase activities(P < 0.05),but the effects of their interaction were insignificant(P > 0.05).At 24 oC,27 oC,30 oC and 33 oC,amylase and cellulase activities of orange shell color stock were higher than those of brown shell color stock.It is concluded that the growth of shell color stocks are related to amylase and cellulase activities.
