黄牛骨软病血清学诊断及其防治的研究

摘  要：
研究以钙磷营养代谢为主线,检测了当地土壤、饲料中钙、磷的含量;探讨了骨软病黄牛血清中钙(Ca)、磷(P)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、羟脯氨酸(HYPRO)以及甲状旁腺素(PTH)等含量的动态变化;分析了低磷对黄牛骨骼的影响以及与各血清学指标之间的相互关系;确定了土壤、饲料低磷是引起黄牛骨软病的直接病因;制订了防治措施并进行了有效治疗。

摘  要：
The study,based primarily on the nutritional metabolism of calcium(Ca) and phorsphorus(P),was carried out to test the levels of Ca and P in the soil and the feed,and to research the levle trends of Ca,P,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),hydroxyproline(HYPRO),and parathyroidin(PTH) in serum of the cattle suffered from Chondropathy.The study also analysed the corelatonship between the effects of low phoshrus on the bone of hypophosphorus and the items of serum.Therefore,the study showed that the direct aetiology of Chondropathy in yellow cattle was the bone of yellow cattle in both the soil and feed.Moreover,the study established prophylactic methods and effective treatments of the disease.
