对氯硝基苯对草鱼种肝胰脏过氧化氢酶活性的影响

摘 要:
采用半静水式直接接触致毒法进行了化学污染物对氯硝基苯 (P NCB)对草鱼种的急性和亚急性毒性实验 ,分析了P NCB对草鱼肝胰脏过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性的影响。结果表明 ,在 2 1± 1℃下P NCB 96hLC50 为 11 4 0mg·L- 1;P NCB对CAT活性有明显的抑制作用 ,其半抑制浓度EC50 值为 5 5 6mg·L- 1。探讨了P NCB对草鱼活性氧自由基产生的影响和可能的致毒机制及其剂量—效应关系以及草鱼粘液的解毒功能。

摘 要:
In this paper,the acute toxicity of P-NCB on grasscarp was determined by using startic test methods.In 96*#h the LC 50 for grasscarp was 11.40*#mg·L -1 at 21±1℃. CAT activity of grasscarp liver was determined in vivo to elaborate the effects of P-NCB on it.The results showed that P-NCB significantly inhibited the liver CAT activity of grasscarp. The concentration causing 50% inhibition of P-NCB to CAT of grasscarp liver was 5.56 mg·L -1 .The mechanism of inhibitive function and the relationship between dosage and effect were also discussed.
