盐胁迫对鹅耳枥生长及生理生化特性的影响

摘  要:
为加快鹅耳枥在园林绿化中的应用,探究了鹅耳枥对盐胁迫的响应及其耐盐性,以2年生鹅耳枥幼苗为材料,研究6个盐分梯度(0、1、2、3、4、5 g/L)NaCl胁迫对鹅耳枥幼苗生长及生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:1盐胁迫抑制了鹅耳枥的生长,随着盐质量浓度的增大,苗高生长量、地径生长量、总干质量和相对含水量均逐渐下降;2保护酶活性、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量随着盐胁迫程度的增加先升高后降低;3随着盐质量浓度的增大,叶片MDA含量、相对电导率和脯氨酸含量总体呈上升趋势,且在5 g/L盐质量浓度处理下均达到最大值。研究表明,鹅耳枥幼苗在低、中等盐含量(1~3 g/L)的环境中能够正常生长,而4~5 g/L盐胁迫时对其生长会造成损害。因此,鹅耳枥具有一定的耐盐能力,可在园林绿化中推广使用。

摘  要:
To explore the responses ofCarpinus turczaniowiito salt stress and its salt tolerance, we studied the growth,physiological and biochemical changes of two year oldC. turczaninowiiseedlings stressed with six gradients of NaCl con-centration(0,1,2,3,4,5 g/ L). The results showed: 1 The growth ofC. turczaninowiiwas inhibited by salt stress, be-cause the height growth,diameter growth,dry weight and relative water content of seedlings decreased with the increase ofNaCl concentration. 2 The protective enzymes( SOD and POD) activity, soluble sugar content and soluble proteincontent was increased first and then decreased;3With the increase of salt stress, MDA content, relative conductivityand proline content increased, and reached a maximum under 5 g/ L NaCl. We concluded thatC. turczaninowiiseedingscan grow under low and moderate NaCl concentration(1-3 g/ L), but its growth was inhibited under 4-5 g/ L NaCl. Itindicated thatC. turczaninowiiseedlings has certain ability of salt tolerance,and they can be used widely in the land-scape.
