以腹痛起病的儿童过敏性紫癜22例临床分析——附22例电子胃镜报告

摘  要：
目的:探讨以腹痛起病的儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)的临床表现、胃镜特点及治疗措施。方法:回顾性分析腹型HSP 22例患儿的临床发作特点、胃镜表现及治疗结果。结果:全部病例起病时无皮肤紫癜,胃镜检查均有胃、十二指肠粘膜病变,诊断为腹型HSP。在病程中均有皮肤紫癜出现,采用激素等综合治疗后腹痛得到缓解,治愈出院。结论:腹型HSP临床症状程度与胃肠粘膜病变的程度密切相关,胃镜检查在腹型儿童HSP诊断中具有重要意义,应用激素对缓解腹痛起重要作用。

摘  要：
Objective:To investigate the onset of abdominal pain of children Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP) clinical manifestations,endoscopic features and treatment measures.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 22 cases of abdominal characteristics of the clinical onset of HSP patients,endoscopy performance and treatment outcomes.Results:All cases without the onset of skin purpura,endoscopy has the stomach and duodenal mucosa lesions,the diagnosis of abdominal HSP,purpura in the course of the disease in both the skin appear after combined treatment with hormones to ease pain,cured.Conclusion:HSP clinical symptoms of abdominal and gastrointestinal mucosal disease is closely related to abdominal endoscopy in the diagnosis of HSP children is important,use of steroids play an important role in relieving pain.
