联合收割机变速箱模拟加载试验台的研制

摘  要：
设计了一种用于联合收割机行走底盘变速箱模拟加载的试验台,该试验台采用变频调速电机作为动力源,磁粉制动器与减速器组合作为加载器,工控机通过模拟量输入输出卡控制磁粉制动器加载扭矩的大小,加载扭矩和转速通过扭矩转速传感器测量,并实时显示在工控机上。该试验台可实现复杂工况的编程与自动加载试验。

摘  要：
This paper introduces the combine walk transmission load simulation test-bed which uses frequency control of the motor as a power source, magnetic powder brake and gear combinations as loader. Industrial computer controls the size of magnetic powder brake load torque through the analog input and output card, and loads torque and speed through the torque speed sensor, and displays in the industrial machine in real-time. This test-lab can finish the programming automatic loading tests of the complex condition.
