不同含油量甘蓝型油菜品种(系)的遗传差异分析

摘  要:
用SSR、SRAP和EST标记对40份含油量在43%以上和6份含油量在40%以下的甘蓝型油菜品种(系)进行含油量的遗传多样性分析。81对引物共扩增出192条多态性带,引物扩增位点多态性信息(PIC)值的变化范围为0.122~0.943,平均值为0.512。供试材料的平均遗传距离为0.409,变化范围为0.016~0.662,国外材料比国内材料显示出更远的亲缘关系,其中Hektor与7份材料间的遗传距离超过0.6,Sollux与15份材料间的遗传距离超过0.5。聚类分析显示:在相似系数为0.66处,供试材料被划分为5类;在相似系数为0.70处,供试材料被划分为9类;在相似系数为0.73处,46份材料被划分为18类。研究结果表明,高含油量供试品种间存在着较大的遗传差异,暗示它们可能含有增加含油量的不同位点;通过聚合这些可能的非等位位点,有望获得高含油量的油菜品种。

摘  要:
Genetic diversity of 46 Brassica napus L.materials(40 have oil content over 43% and 6 below 40%) was analyzed using SSR,SRAP and EST markers.192 polymorphic bands were amplified by 81 primer pairs.The allelic polymorphism information content(PIC) of those primers varied from 0.122 to 0.943,with an average of 0.512.The genetic distance of the analyzed materials ranged from 0.016 to 0.662,with an average of 0.409.The exotic varieties were more distant than the native ones.For example,the genetic distances were greater than 0.6 between Hektor and 7 other lines,and were greater than 0.5 between Sollux and 15 other lines.Clustering analysis based on similarity coefficient showed that these 46 varieties could be divided into 5,9 and 18 groups,respectively at the point of 0.66,0.70 and 0.73.These results showed large genetic differences within the high oil content varieties,and indicated that the high oil content materials might possess different loci for increasing oil content.Therefore,higher oil content could be expected in the future by pyramiding such non-allelic loci from these materials.
