高比转速斜流泵内部三维湍流场数值模拟的研究

摘  要:
利用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamic,简称CFD)商用软件FLUENT中的标准k?ε湍流模型及其标准的SIMPLE算法,对比转速为800的斜流泵在3个典型工况下的内部三维湍流流动进行数值模拟。通过分析该斜流泵内部流动的速度、压力分布,揭示了其内部流动的主要特征;同时,分析了流场中冲击、二次回流等流动现象,为改进高比转速斜流泵的水力性能提供了直观的物理信息。

摘  要:
The three-dimension interior turbulent flow field of the mixed-flow pump with high specific speed in three typical operating conditions is calculated using the standard turbulent model of k εand SIMPLE method in the software FLUENT.The main flow characteristics of this pump are shown by analyzing the distributions of velocity and pressure.The phenomena in the turbulent flow field are analyzed,such as flow impact and secondary flow.
