一种茶树修剪机振动噪声特性测试与研究

摘  要:
针对某型号茶树修剪机振动和噪声过大的问题,设计并进行了两个阶段的实验,对振动和噪声信号进行了测试和分析。第一阶段的测试在设备机体上布置了多处测点,找出振动信号强烈的部位和方向,并测试噪声辐射强烈部位的声压信号。由频谱分析确定了两种信号的主要成分以及信号频率之间的关系。第二阶段的测试主要对设备动力总成悬置系统的隔振性能进行测试和评价,发现其悬置系统没有在振动传递路径上有效起到隔振的作用。

摘  要:
To figure out the problems of vibration and noise in a certain type of tea tree pruning machine, two experiments are designed and carried out. The first one is to measure the vibrations and noise of various points on the body of the tested machine, to find out the essential positions and directions of vibration signal and the noise radiation. By spectrum analysis of the measured vibration and noise signals, the main components of the signal and the relationship between the two significant signal frequencies are determined. The second experiment is mainly to test and evaluate the anti-vibration performance of the power-train mounting system. It is found that the mounting system does not work efficiently.
