耕整机扶手架振动机理及减振措施的虚拟研究

摘  要:
以 GN 31型耕整机为原型 ,构建了耕整机的虚拟样机 ,对其精度进行了验证。通过对虚拟样机的动力学仿真 ,分析了耕整机振动机理 ,提出有效的减振措施。研究表明 GN31型耕整机扶手架 1阶固有频率为 4 3.9Hz,与其额定转速下的惯性力基频接近 ,易产生共振 ,原扶手架结构应进行改进。在扶手架手把处的横杆上加装 1.5~3.0 kg的质量块 ,能有效减小扶手架手把的振动。

摘  要:
A virtual prototype model of the cultivator was built modeling with the GN31 cultivator,tested and analysed the precision of the model Vibration mechanism of the cultivator was analyzed by dynamic simulation to the virtual prototype model, and effective measure was put forward. Study indicated thatthe first natural frequency of the handle was 43 9 HZ, which approached to the working frequency under the rated rotating speed of the engine, and it produced the vibration, so the structure of the handle should be improved. The vibration of the handle can be reduced effectively by adding a 1 5~3 0 Kg mass to the rail near the handlebar of the handle.
