摘 要:
本试验旨在通过研究不同补饲水平对槐树林下散养芦花蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、内脏器官发育及血液指标的影响,以确定槐树林下散养芦花蛋鸡饲粮的适宜补饲水平。选取健康、产蛋性能接近的45周龄的芦花蛋鸡200只,随机分成5组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。将5组鸡只放养在槐树林下,各组补饲水平分别为自由采食试验饲粮的60%、70%、80%、90%和100%,补饲100%为每天饲喂90 g试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期70 d。结果表明:1)补饲60%组的产蛋率和平均蛋重显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。2)各组之间的蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度和蛋壳比率差异不显著(P>0.05)。补饲80%、90%和100%组的哈氏单位显著高于补饲60%和70%组(P<0.05),补饲70%组的蛋黄比率显著高于补饲90%和100%组(P<0.05),补饲60%、70%和80%组的蛋黄颜色显著高于补饲90%和100%组(P<0.05)。3)补饲60%、70%组的肝脏指数和心脏指数显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),补饲60%、70%组的肌胃指数和盲肠指数显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),补饲80%组的腺胃指数显著高于补饲70%、90%和100%组(P<0.05),补饲80%组的输卵管重量显著高于补饲60%组(P<0.05),补饲80%组的卵泡总数显著高于补饲60%、70%组(P<0.05)。4)补饲60%、70%组的血清葡萄糖含量显著低于补饲80%、90%和100%组(P<0.05),补饲60%和70%组的血清球蛋白含量显著高于补饲80%、90%和100%组(P<0.05),补饲80%组的血液血红蛋白含量显著高于补饲90%和100%组(P<0.05),补饲70%组的血液红细胞比容显著高于补饲80%、90%和100%组(P<0.05)。由此可见,槐树林下散养芦花蛋鸡的适宜补饲水平为自由采食饲粮的70%~80%。

摘 要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the development and blood parameters of free range barred Luhua laying hens in Sophora japonica grove,and to determine the suitable supplementary feeding level of the free range barred Luhua laying hens in Sophora japonica grove. Two hundred healthy 45-week-old Luhua laying hens with similar laying performance were assigned to 5 groups with 4 replicates in each group and10 laying hens in each replicate. Birds were put to the Sophora japonica grove for free range rearing,and the supplementary feeding levels were 60%,70%,80%,90% and 100% of free feeding experimental diet,supplementary 100% were fed 90 g/d experimental diet. The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 70 days. The results showed as follows: 1) the laying rate and average egg weight of the supplementary 60% group were significantly lower than those of other groups( P < 0. 05). 2)There were no significantly differences in egg shape index,eggshell thickness,eggshell strength and ratio of eggshell among all groups( P > 0.05). The Haugh unit of supplementary 80%,90% and 100% groups was significantly higher than that of supplementary 60% and 70% groups( P < 0.05),the ratio of yolk of supplementary 70% group was significantly higher than that of supplementary 90% and 100% groups( P < 0.05),the yolk color of supplementary 60%,70% and 80% groups was significantly higher than that of supplementary 90%and 100% groups( P < 0.05). 3) The liver index and heart index of supplementary 60% and 70% groups were significantly lower than those of other groups( P < 0.05),the gizzard index and cecum index of supplementary60% and 70% groups were significantly higher than those of other groups( P < 0.05),the proventriculus index of supplementary 80% group was significantly higher than that of supplementary 70%,90% and 100% groups(P<0.05),the oviduct weight of supplementary 80% group was significantly higher than that of supplementary 60% group( P < 0.05),the follicle total number of supplementary 80% group was significantly higher than that of supplementary 60% and 70% groups( P < 0.05). 4) The serum glucose content of supplementary 60%and 70% groups was significantly lower than that of supplementary 80%,90% and 100% groups( P < 0.05),the serum globulin content of supplementary 60% and 70% groups was significantly higher than that of supplementary 80%,90% and 100% groups( P < 0.05),the blood hemoglobin content of supplementary 80% group was significantly higher than that of supplementary 90% and 100% groups( P < 0.05),The blood hematocrit of supplementary 70% group was significantly higher than that of supplementary 80%,90% and 100% groups(P<0.05). In conclusion,the suitable supplementary feeding level of the free range barred Luhua laying hens in Sophora japonica grove is 70% to 80% of free feeding experimental diet.
