大连斑海豹国家级自然保护区动物体内石油烃污染状况

摘  要：
为研究大连斑海豹国家级自然保护区动物体内石油烃污染状况,根据2012年3—4月对大连斑海豹国家级自然保护区动物体内石油烃荧光分光光度法监测结果,分析该海区动物体内石油烃含量水平和分布特征,评估该海区动物体石油烃污染程度。结果表明,调查海区动物体内石油烃含量为3.15~59.1mg/kg,平均20.5mg/kg;保护区内动物体石油烃含量略低于保护区外;对比国内其他海域,调查海域生物体石油烃处于较高含量水平,软体类生物体受石油烃污染严重,受测样品均有超标,表明调查海域存在明显的石油烃输入。

摘  要：
The content and profile characteristics of petroleum hydrocarbon were examined in animals from Dalian Harbor Seal Nature Reservation Zone from March to April,2012for evaluation of the pollution level in animals.The results showed that the petroleum hydrocarbon content in the animals was ranged from 3.15mg/kg to 59.1mg/kg,an average of 20.5mg/kg,slightly lower in the reservation zone than that outside.There was higher petroleum hydrocarbon level in the animals in the survey area than that in other areas in China.The mollusks collected in the survey area were found to be polluted severely by petroleum hydrocarbon,and much higher than the regulation standard,indicating that there is obvious input of petroleum hydrocarbon in the survey area.
