本文综述了通过构建癌动物模型,体内、体外动物测试,体外一系列特征癌细胞实验,应用相关的病理评价体系。研究了共轭亚油酸对不同类型的癌细胞,癌靶器官及癌表记物的抗性以及作用机理。

摘  要:
Several cancer animal models were designed by researchers. Meanwhile, by performing in vivo and in vitro animal test, employing a series of in vitro characteristic cancer cell lines experiments, and applying related pathobiology evaluation system, the anti-cancer effect and mechanism of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) on different type of cancer cells, target cancer organs and cancer biomarkers have been investigated.
