蹄叶橐吾组织培养及快速繁殖技术研究

摘  要:
以蹄叶橐吾嫩茎为培养材料,进行愈伤组织诱导与分化、不定芽生根、试管苗移栽和定植的研究,建立起快速繁殖技术。结果证明:MS+BA 0.3 mg/L+2,4-D 1.5 mg/L是愈伤组织诱导培养的理想培养基;MS+BA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L是愈伤组织和不定芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/2 MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L是生根培养的理想培养基;定植的试管苗具有植株整齐、叶色浓绿、根系发达等特点,同时保持了野生蹄叶橐吾的所有生物学特性。

摘  要:
The tender stem of Ligularia fischeri was used as the explants to investigate its inducement and differentiation of callus,taking root of adventitious buds,transplantation of tube seedlings,and to establishment of rapid propagation technology for Ligularia fischeri.The results showed that the optimum medium for callus induction was MS+BA 0.3 mg/L+2,4-D 1.5 mg/L;the best medium for differentiation of callus and adventitious buds was MS+ BA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;1/2MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L was suitable for rooting;the transplanted tube seedlings had some characteristics,such as tidy of plant,dark green leaf color,developed root system,meanwhile also kept all biological characteristics of the wild Ligularia fischeri.
