人员密集场所安全问题及疏散

摘  要：
我国每年平均发生数万起火灾,其中公众聚集场所火灾占有相当的比重。近年来,随着城市现代水平的不断提高,作为人们消费和娱乐的人员密集场所快速发展,各类问题也随之暴露出来;发展迅猛,盲目无序,安全管理严重滞后,且大部分人员密集场所均由个人承包,在经济利益的促动下,导致许多地方存在较多火灾隐患。因此,作为公安消防机构,要强化人员密集场所的监督检查,有效地预防和遏制人员密集场所火灾事故的发生,确保社会稳定,同时人员密集场所的消防安全疏散问题就显得尤为重要和突出。

摘  要：
Our annual average of tens of thousands of fires occur,public gathering place occupies considerable proportion of fire. In recent years,with the improvement of modern city,as the researchers for human consumption and entertainment places of rapid development,dense problems have exposed,the rapid development of safety management,and blind disorder,and most serious lag by individual contracting dense place,in the economic interests in many places,under the props are fire hazard. Therefore,as a public security fire control institutions,to strengthen the supervision and inspection personnel dense place,effectively prevent and personnel dense place fire accident,to ensure social stability and dense place on fire control safety of personnel evacuation problems are particularly important and outstanding.
