摘 要：
高职院校如果要加强其培育应用型职业型人才的数量和质量,就必须要发展自己的办学特色,为学校打造一个好的品牌。同时,要不断完善教学计划,合理改革专业设置情况,创新人才培养模式并加强高职院校师资队伍建设等,以促进高职院校的科学、可持续发展,对其协调推进、统筹安排、宏观考虑,从而逐渐形成各环节要素良性循环、相互支持、优势互补的局面。

摘 要：
If vocational colleges want to strengthen the number and quality of cultivating applied vocational talents,they must develop their own school characteristics and create a good brand for the school.At the same time,it is necessary to constantly improve the teaching plan,rationally reform the professional setting situation,innovate the talent training mode and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of the higher vocational colleges so as to promote the scientific and sustainable development of the vocational colleges,which gradually formed a virtuous circle of all elements,mutual support,complementary advantages of the situation.
