绵羊品种间部分血液免疫指标比较分析

摘  要:
【目的】研究绵羊品种间免疫力或抗病力的差异,为开展绵羊抗病育种提供基础。【方法】以引进品种萨福克羊、培育品系多胎萨福克羊、地方品种哈萨克羊以及多胎萨福克羊和哈萨克羊杂交F1羔羊为实验对象,应用ELISA方法检测绵羊外周血部分免疫指标,分析绵羊品种间免疫指标差异并作相关分析。【结果】绵羊外周血中IFN-α、IFN-γ、IgG、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-5、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-12含量之间存在正相关,外周血中MHC含量不是免疫力的间接指标。萨福克羊外周血中IFN-α、WBC、IgG、IL-5和IL-10含量显著低于哈萨克羊和萨哈F1羔羊(P<0.05),IFN-α和WBC显著低于多胎萨福克羊(P<0.05),萨哈F1的外周血中免疫指标最高。【结论】免疫指标也具有杂种优势的特点,引进品种萨福克羊的一般抗病力较弱,哈萨克羊是开展抗病育种的重要种质资源之一。

摘  要:
【Objective】The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in immunity or disease resistance between sheep and provide a foundation for breeding sheep for disease resistance.【Method】The enzyme- linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA) of peripheral blood were conducted from Suffolk sheep,multiparous Suffolk sheep,Kazakh sheep and multiparous Suffolk × Kazakh F 1 sheep. The correlations among 11 immune parameters and the differences of immune parameters between sheep breeds were analyzed. 【Result】 There was positive correlation between IFN- α,IFN- γ,IgG,IL- 1β,IL- 2,IL- 5,IL- 6,IL- 8,IL-10,IL- 12 in sheep peripheral blood. The content of MHC was not an immune parameter in sheep peripheral blood. The contents of IFN- α,WBC(white blood cell count),IgG,IL- 5 and IL- 10 were significantly lower in Suffolk sheep than in Kazakh sheep and multiparous Suffolk × Kazakh F 1 sheep(P < 0. 05). The contents of IFN- α and WBC were significantly lower in Suffolk sheep than in multiparous Suffolk sheep(P < 0. 05). The contents of IFN- α,IFN- γ,IgG,IL- 1β,IL- 2,IL- 5,IL- 6,IL- 8,IL- 10,IL- 12 and WBC in multiparous Suffolk × Kazakh F 1 sheep were the highest in 4 sheep.【Conclusion】It showed that Suffolk sheep had general poor disease resistance in Xinjiang. There was heterosis effect on immunity in multiparous Suffolk × Kazakh F 1 sheep. Kazakh sheep could be selected for breeding sheep for disease resistance.
