土地整治工程实施的生态绩效评价-以济南市商河县为例

摘  要：
土地整治对于改善耕地质量,提高土地利用条件具有重要意义,也一定程度上促进了生态环境的保护.对土地整治工程实施的生态绩效进行评价是评判工程生态适宜性的重要手段.本文以济南市商河县土地整治的典型项目为例,根据研究区土地整治工程实施特点,选取评价指标,构建土地整治工程实施的生态绩效评价指标体系,运用多因素综合评价模型对土地整治工程实施的生态绩效进行评价.结果表明:商河县土地整治工程实施的综合生态绩效平均值为0.2964,绩效水平处于一般等级.其中,农田景观绩效平均值为0.4044,绩效等级为良好,农业生产环境绩效和生态功能绩效均为一般等级,绩效平均值分别为0.3101和0.3757,说明土地整治工程实施在提高土地利用条件,改善土地利用结构的同时也对该区域的生态环境有一定的改善作用,但改善作用不明显,仍有很大的提升空间.

摘  要：
Land consolidation plays an important role in improving the quality of cultivated land and land use conditions, and also promoting the protection of ecological environment to a certain extent. Ecological performance evaluation of land consolidation project is an important mean to evaluate the ecological suitability of the project. Taking the typical project of land improvement in Shanghe County of Jinan City as an example, and according to the characteristics of land consolidation project implementation, the evaluation indicators were selected to construct the evaluation index system and the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the ecological performance of land consolidation project implementation. The results showed that the average value of comprehensive ecological performance in Shanghe County was 0.2964, which was at the general level. The average value of farmland landscape performance was 0.4044, and the performance grade was good. The environmental performance of agricultural production and the performance of ecological function were at general level, and the average value of performance were 0.3101 and 0.3757, respectively. It indicated that the implementation of land reclamation project had certain improvement effect on the ecological environment of the region while improving land use conditions and land use structure, but the improvement effect was not obvious, which still had a great potential for improvement.
