新型诱导剂丁二醇对匍匐翦股颖抗病性诱导的研究

摘  要:
研究了新型诱导剂丁二醇诱导匍匐翦股颖对褐斑病(Rhizoctonia solani)的抗病性.结果表明:50~150μmol/L丁二醇均对匍匐翦股颖有一定的诱导作用,其中100μmol/L丁二醇处理的诱导效果最好,病情指数由对照的93.33降至31.33,发病率由100%下降到43.33%,防治效果高达75%,且与农药扑海因防治效果差异不显著.

摘  要:
Induction resistance of butanediol against brown spot in creeping bent grass was studied in this paper.The results showed that butanediol from 50 to 150 μmol/L induced the resistance in creeping bent grass.The treatment at 100 μmol/L had the best induction effect,the disease index decreased from 93.33 of the control to 31.33,and the incidence reduced from 100% of the control to 43.33%.The control effect of butanediol at 100 μmol/L against brown spot reached 75%,as the same effect of fungicide iprodione(P<0.05).
