动态作业车间调度知识推理方法研究

摘  要:
现代制造模式下,静态不变的调度方案已经无法适应多变的作业车间环境。研究了动态作业车间环境下的调度规则选择方法,运用遗传算法获取车间制造系统中生产调度数据中的静态调度问题的最优解,分析解的甘特图获得BP人工神经网络的生产状态参数输入和调度规则输出样本,训练样本获得的非线性网络关系指导动态车间条件下调度规则的选择。

摘  要:
In modern manufacturing mode, static scheduling scheme is unable to adapt to the changing environment of job shop. This paper studies the scheduling rules of dynamic job shop, uses genetic algorithm to get the optimal static scheduling solution of production scheduling data in workshop manufacturing systems. analyzes Gantt chart to obtain production state parameters scheduling rules to set inputs and outputs of training samples of BP, and obtain nonlinear network to guide scheduling selections in dynamic workshop conditions.
