摘  要：
作为全国水土流失最严重的省区之一,宁夏多年来不断探索创新水土流失治理模式,不仅取得了宝贵的经验,而且成效显著。按照水土流失治理措施的特点、功能和效果,将宁夏实施的水土流失防治重点工程归纳为小流域综合治理、旱作基本农田建设、淤地坝建设和生态修复四大类,分析了各自的特点和效果。宁夏治理水土流失的主要经验是:政府引导,政策支持;整合资源,规模治理;夯实基础,规范管理;因地制宜,分类防治;治理与修复相结合;坚持旱作基本农田建设;综合治理提速增效。

摘  要：
As one of the most serious soil and water loss provinces in China,Ningxia has achieved valuable experience and remarkable effect on soil and water loss control through continuous exploration and innovation of treatment modes for years. According to the characteristics,functions and effects of soil and water loss control measures,the paper summarized the implemented key control works of Ningxia into four categories,i. e. integrated treatment of small watershed,rain-fed capital farmland building,warping dam construction and ecological rehabilitation and analyzed their characteristics and effects. It introduced the main following experience on soil and water loss of Ningxia: government guidance and policy support; integrate resources and control in large scale; lay a solid foundation and standardize management; take actions that suit local circumstances and classified control; combine control and rehabilitation; persist in rain-fed capital farmland building and; speed up and increase the effect of integrated treatment.
