中密度纤维板抗菌处理工艺

摘  要:
探索了中密度纤维板的防霉抗菌处理工艺。研究结果表明:进行抗菌处理对制成的中密度纤维板的物理力学性能有一定的不利影响;接菌处理后板材力学性能随着培养时间的延长而下降;壳聚糖的引入可以增强板材的抗菌性能;在大肠杆菌抑菌实验中,用银离子处理的板材抗菌效果明显优于二氧化钛处理板材,更优于未处理板材。

摘  要:
We explored the antibacterial technology on medium density fiberboard(MDF) preliminarily. The antibacterial treatment has the adverse effects on the physical and mechanical properties of board. The mechanical properties decreased with the extension of culture time after the MDF specimens were input with the bacterium. The input of the chitosan can enhance the antibacterial property. In the escherichia coli antimicrobial experiment,the board with silver ion treatment is better than that with titanium dioxide antibacterial treatment,and far better than untreated board.
