The Spring Festival is the traditional folk culture of the Chinese nation,it is a dynamic process. The period of the Spring Festival provided an important opportunity for the Communist Party of China to expedite all kinds of work forward,and this period is also an important season to push the revolutionary reform of traditional Chinese folk culture. The reform to the traditional Chinese folk culture was based on the process of the War Anti Japanese as well as the demand of the situation in the base,its purpose lied in propagandizing anti Japanese and the revolution through the new year 'folk',in order to strengthen war mobilization to the rural people in wartime. An obvious feature of the Chinese New Year in the base area was the combination of folklore and politics. The content of the propaganda was changed with the implementation of the work of the CPC in the base area,but also with the change of the situation of the war of resistance and the corresponding adjustment.On the basis of referring to a large number of revolutionary historical archives,this paper,from the perspective of the revolutionary historical narration of the Communist Party of China,presents a vivid panorama of celebrating the Spring Festiral in the Anti Japanese base area".
