滇西北高原纳帕海湿地N_2O排放特征

摘  要:
选取纳帕海湿地典型沼泽、沼泽化草甸和草甸为研究对象,研究纳帕海湿地N_2O的排放特征及其影响因素,阐明湿地生态演替对N_2O排放的影响机制。结果表明,草甸N_2O的排放最多,沼泽的排放量最少。3种类型湿地N_2O的排放特性明显不同,草甸中N_2O的排放趋势为5、7、9月不断下降,到11月后略微上升。沼泽化草甸中N_2O的排放量随月份持续下降。沼泽中N_2O的排放在5月和9月各有一次排放高峰。环境因子对3种湿地类型N_2O的排放影响复杂。沼泽N_2O排放与土壤全氮含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与土壤有机质、有机碳含量呈负相关但未达到显著水平,与土壤温度、含水率、C/N比、铵态氮(NH_4~+-N)、硝态氮(NO_3~--N)、土壤容重相关性均不显著。沼泽化草甸N_2O排放与土壤20~30 cm含水率,土壤全氮、NO_3~--N呈正相关但未达到显著水平。草甸N_2O排放与所有环境因子相关性均不显著。研究时段内总的N_2O排放浓度为草甸>沼泽化草甸>沼泽。

Using the static chambers and gas chromatography, the researchers examined the N_2O emissions in three different freshwater wetland types-swamp, swamp meadow and meadow-located along a water level gradient in the Napahai wetland.The objective was to provide insight into the mechanism of how ecological succession affects the N_2O emission of three freshwater wetland types along a water level gradient in the Napahai wetland. The results showed that the maximum of N_2O emission was Meadow and the minimum was Swamp. Different wetlands types had different N_2O emission characteristics in four study months. The N_2O discharge of the Meadow drop in May, July, September, and rise slightly in November. But the N_2O emission of Meadow swamp had declined continually month by month. Swamp had two discharge peaks in May and September, respectively. So it could be concluded that as the time going different types of wetlands have the various N_2O discharge characteristics and the same type of wetland also had different N_2O emissions properties with time. Environment factors had a complex effect on N_2O discharge. The N_2O emission of Swamp had a significant negative correlation with soil total nitrogen(P<0.05)and a non-significant negative correlation with soil organic matter and soil organic carbon. But it ha d no significant correlation with the soil temperature, moisture content, ratio of carbon and nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen(NH_4~+-N),nitrate nitrogen(NO_3~--N) and soil bulk density. N_2O discharge of Meadow Swamp had a positive correlation with the moisture content of 20~30 cm soil layer, soil total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen(NO_3~--N), but it did not reach significant level, and it had no significant correlation with any other factors we researched. N_2O emission of Meadow had no significant correlation with all the environment factors we studied. During all times measured, the order of the total N_2O emission was Meadow >Meadow swamp>Swamp.
