广斧螳若虫对荔枝蝽若虫的捕食功能反应与搜寻效应

摘  要:
为明确广斧螳Hierodula patellifera(Serville)若虫对荔枝蝽Tessaratoma papillosa(Drury)若虫的捕食潜力,采用捕食功能反应方法研究了广斧螳若虫对荔枝蝽若虫的捕食能力变化、捕食功能反应、捕食行为及搜寻效应。结果表明,广斧螳7龄若虫对荔枝蝽1龄若虫、广斧螳8龄若虫对荔枝蝽1~4龄若虫、广斧螳9~10龄若虫对荔枝蝽1~5龄若虫的捕食功能反应均拟合HollingⅡ型方程。广斧螳9、10龄若虫对荔枝蝽5龄若虫的攻击系数最高,分别为1.3617和1.2422;广斧螳8、10龄若虫的日最大捕食量最高,均为122.0头。捕食同一龄期荔枝蝽若虫时,广斧螳若虫的搜寻效应会随猎物密度的增加而下降,9龄若虫对荔枝蝽5龄若虫的搜寻效应随密度增加下降趋势最大。研究结果表明广斧螳可能具有作为有效天敌应用于荔枝蝽生物防治的潜力。

摘  要:
In order to study the predatory potential of giant Asian mantis Hierodula patellifera( Serville)nymphs,different predatory capacities,functional response,predation behavior and searching rate of H.patellifera nymphs to litchi stink buy Tessaratoma papillosa( Drury) nymphs were examined using functional response equations and parameters in the laboratory. The results showed that functional responses of H. patellifera 7th instar nymphs to T. papillosa 1st instar nymphs,H. patellifera 8th instar nymphs to T. papillosa 1st- 4th instar nymphs and H. patellifera 9th- 10 th instar nymphs to T. papillosa1st- 5th instar nymphs were fitted to Holling Ⅱ model. The highest attack coefficient( a') values of 9th and 10 th instar nymphs were 1. 3617 and 1. 2422,respectively. The maximum daily prey amount of 8th and 10 th instar mantis nymphs was 122. 0 bugs. For the stink bug nymphs with the same instars,the searching rate of predator reduced with increasing prey density. Particularly,the searching rate of H.patellifera 9th instar nymphs to T. papillosa 5th instar nymphs was the most obvious. H. patellifera may be an effective natural enemy for biological control of T. papillosa.
