摘  要：
以高抗 SMV1号黑农 39和高感 SMV1号合丰 2 5的两个亲本材料为试材 ,进行了大豆抗SMV1号的 RAPD分析。结果表明 ,在所用的 86个随机引物中 ,引物 OPN11、OPR10 、OPT15、OPT0 6、OPE14 、 OPA0 4、 OPB0 1、 OPB0 2 等 8个随机引物扩增产物中有差异谱带。

摘  要：
Applicating the randomly amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD)technique,We analysed two soybean varieties Heinong39 and Hefeng 25 which were resistant and susceptible to SMV 1 respectivly.Among the 86 primers,OPN 11 ?OPR 10 ?OPT 15 ?OPT 06 ?OPE 14 ?OPA 04 ?OPB 01 and OPB 02 amplified a different DNA fragment which specifically existed in the products of the resistant variety and susceptible variety.$$$$
