两系杂交早稻陵两优268母本机械点播制种技术初探

摘  要:
引进杂交水稻制种专用点播机,对陵两优268制种母本进行机械点播试验,以母本育秧移栽作对照,在用种量37.5 kg/hm2的条件下,观察两种方式下母本的生育特性、苗数动态、群体穗粒构成和抽穗开花特性。结果表明:机械点播母本能提早抽穗且群体抽穗时间更集中,播始历期较对照短3 d,主茎叶片数较对照少0.5叶,有效穗高于对照10.9%,每穗总粒数低于对照10.4%,单位面积总颖花数略高于对照,千粒重略低于对照,异交结实率高于对照9.21个百分点,制种产量较对照提高10.19%。

摘  要:
Using specialized machine of sowing in pits for seed production of hybrid rice to conduct experiment of sowing in pits by machine for female parent Lingliangyou268,and the seedling raising and transplanting method was used as control to observe the growth characters,the dynamics of seedling numbers,the panicle and grain structure in group,and the characteristics of heading and flowering of female parent in each method.The results showed that sowing in pits by machine can advance time of heading,and the time of group heading was more concentrating;the duration from seeding to heading was 3 d shorter than control;the leaf number in main stem was 0.5 leaf less than control;the effective panicle number was higher than control by 10.9%;the total grain number per panicle was lower than control by 10.4%;the total spikelet number per unit area was slightly higher than control;the thousand grains weight was lower than control a little;the outcrossing seed-setting rate was higher than control by 9.21 points;the yield of seed production increased by 10.19% in comparison with control.
