改性三聚氰胺树脂处理杨木密实化的研究

摘  要:
以杨木为试材,通过改性三聚氰胺树脂处理,并对其进行径向横纹方向压缩密实化处理,通过测定其回复率,确定最优的热压工艺条件为:热压温度190℃,热压时间30 min,压缩率50%。此工艺条件下,压缩材回复率较低,尺寸稳定性好,力学性能明显提高。并对其力学性能进行测定,观察分析X-射线衍射曲线,结果表明:经过密实化的改性杨木纤维素的相对结晶度较高。

摘  要:
Densification experiment was carried out on poplar wood.First,it was treated by modified melamine resin,and then compressed in cross striations radial direction.Optimal technological conditions determined by measuring restoration ratio were: pressing temperature 190℃,pressing time 30 min,compressing rate 50%.Mechanical properties were measured,and X-ray diffraction curves were analyzed.The size stability and mechanical properties of the compressed poplar wood were improved greatly.The analysis of X-ray diffraction spectrum showed that the cellulose crystallinity was relatively higher.
