制丝生产废水治理的研究

摘 要:
某制丝企业综合废水水质参数:ρ(CODcr)=692~915mg/L,ρ(BOD5)=207~275mg/L,ρ(NH3-N)=26~42mg/L,ρ(SS)=372~428mg/L。采用水解酸化-生物接触氧化法处理,运行结果表明,处理后出水:ρ(CODcr)=39mg/L,ρ(BOD5)=8.4mg/L,ρ(NH3-N)=0.9mg/L,ρ(SS)=41mg/L,色度25倍,符合排放要求。

摘 要:
The quality parameters of the combined wastewater from the silk production of someone mill. Were: ρ (CODc_r)=692~915mg/L, ρ (BOD_5)=207~275mg/L, ρ (NH_3-N)=26~ 42mg/L, ρ (SS)=372~428mg/L. The wastewater was treated by a process of hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation. The results of the operation showed that the quality parameters of the effluent water after the treatment were as follows: ρ (CODc_r)=39mg/L, p (BOD_5)=8.4mg/L, ρ (NH_3-N)=0.9mg/L, ρ (SS)=41mg/L, and chroma=25 times, indicating that the quality of the treated wastewater met the discharge standard.
