摘  要：
At the beginning of the new century, we are facing the t echnology demands for the transcending development of forestry. In order to effe ctively master the essence of“An Outline for the Development of Agricultural Sc ience and Technology”，the necessity and concrete tasks of effectively promotin g the technology progress and innovation of forestry during the 10th-Five Years are discussed in this paper. The countermeasures to accelerate the develo pment of forestry technology are also discussed in this paper.
