分散剂在甲酸盐悬浮体系中的应用研究

摘  要:
以富含CO的工业尾气羰基化所制备的甲酸钙和甲酸镁为原料,研究开发高浓度甲酸盐悬浮体系,采用流点法、表面张力法、沉降法,结合Zeta电位和体系黏度,对分散剂的类型、复配比例和用量等进行研究.以实验室制取悬浮体系作为研究对象,通过傅里叶红外光谱法(FTIR)对分散剂在原料颗粒表面的吸附特性进行表征.结果表明,w(固)60%的甲酸盐类悬浮体系最优分散剂组成是羧酸盐类7025+甲基烯酸酯类1269总量为5%(m(7025)∶m(1269)=7∶3);FTIR表征分析表明,分散剂分子与原料表面的结合存在较强的氢键作用.研究结果为分散剂在悬浮肥研发中的应用提供理论基础,为工业尾气副产的甲酸盐在悬浮肥方向上的应用及市场化提供了产品基础.

摘  要:
Using calcium formate and magnesium formate prepared by carbonylation of industrial tail gas rich in CO as raw materials,the suspension system of high concentration formate is developed.The types,compounding ratio and dosage of dispersant are studied and analyzed by using flow point method,surface tension method and sedimentation method,combined with Zeta potential and system viscosity.Taking the suspension system prepared in laboratory as the research object,the adsorption characteristics of dispersant on the surface of raw material particles are characterized and analyzed by FTIR.The results show that the optimum dispersant composition of formate suspension system with 60%solid content is carboxylate 7025+methyl methacrylate 1269 with the total amount of 5%(m(7025)∶m(1269)=7∶3).FTIR analysis shows that there is a strong hydrogen bond between the dispersant molecule and the raw material surface.The research results lay a theoretical foundation for the application of dispersant in the research and development of suspension fertilizer,and provid a product basis for the application and marketing of formate,a by-product of industrial tail gas,in the direction of suspension fertilizer.
