绿僵菌对菠萝粉蚧的室内致病力测定

摘  要:
[目的]筛选对菠萝粉蚧有高毒力的菌株,为菠萝粉蚧的田间防治提供科学依据。[方法]以菠萝粉蚧为目标昆虫,从自然感病虫体和土壤中分离获得3株绿僵菌菌株,在室内用喷雾法测定这3株绿僵菌对菠萝粉蚧的致病力。[结果]在室温下,用绿僵菌MA4、J813、J86C接种后,菠萝粉蚧的的死亡率随着绿僵菌孢子浓度的增加而逐步提高。在同一孢子浓度(108,107,106)中,绿僵菌3个菌株对菠萝粉蚧的致病力顺序均为J813(MA4(J86C。感病的粉蚧行动迟缓,死亡2~3 d后,形成僵虫。僵虫经保湿培养3~4 d后,虫体表面长出绿色的粉状孢子。[结论]绿僵菌J813菌株在室内对菠萝粉蚧有强致死力,拥有良好的田间应用前景。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to screen the strain with high virulence against Dysmicoccus Brevipes and provide the scientific basis for the field control of D.Brevipes.[Method] With the D.Brevipes as target insect,3 Meatarhiziums strains were separated from the natural infected insect and soil,and the pathogenicity of the 3 Meatarhiziums strains against D.Brevipes was detected by the spray method in laboratory.[Result]The mortality rate of D.Brevipes inoculated by Meatarhiziums MA4,J813 and J86C were increased gradually with the increase of spore concn.of Meatarhiziums at room temperature.The order of the pathogenicity of the 3 Meatarhiziums strains with the same spore concn.(108,107,106) against D.Brevipes was J813﹥MA4﹥J86C.The action of the infected D.Brevipes was slow and it became the muscardine cadaver after being died for 2-3 d.After the muscardine cadaver were cultured for 3-4 d under the condition of keeping humidity,green powder spores were grew in the surface of the insect.[Conclusion] Meatarhiziums J813 strain had strong pathogenicity against D.Brevipes in laboratory and had good field application prospect.
