HPLC法同时测定复方龙脷胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量

摘 要：
建立复方龙脷胶囊中3种蒽醌类成分(大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚)的测定方法。采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(95∶5,V/V),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温25℃。大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚分别在0.054~0.540μg(R2=0.999 9)、0.011~0.110μg(R2=1.000 0)和0.063 4~0.380 4μg(R2=1.000 0)内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.30%、100.51%和101.26%,RSD分别为1.96%、1.15%和1.62%。结果表明,该方法简便可行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于复方龙脷胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量测定。

摘 要：
To determine three anthraquinones(emodin, chrysophanol and physcion) in compound Longli capsule, a HPLC system was extablished. Three compounds were analyzed by the HPLC system with Waters Symmetry C18analytical column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), methanol-water(95∶5,V / V) as the mobile phase, UV detection wavelength 254 nm and column temperature 25 ℃. Under the given chromatographic conditions, the calibration curves of emodin, chrysophanol and physcion were linear in the range of 0.054~0.540 μg(R2=0.999 9), 0.011~0.110 μg(R2=1.000 0) and 0.063 4~0.380 4 μg(R2=1.000 0),respectively. The average recoveries was 100.30%, 100.51% and 101.26% with RSDs of 1.96%, 1.15% and 1.62%, respectively. The study showed that this method was accurate, effective and feasible. It can be used for the determination of the contents of emodin, chrysophanol and physcion contained in compound Longli capsule.
